OrionLaw (the AI legal workspace) is built and operated by Hangzhou Shenxiu Si Technology Co., Ltd. (杭州参宿四科技有限公司) for small and mid-sized businesses and startup teams.
Why we build this
Most day-to-day legal work in a small team is not litigation — it is contracts: understanding the risk before signing, then living with the terms afterwards.
Two things make that hard. There is no in-house lawyer, so whoever has a spare hour reads it. And lawyers bill by the hour, which makes a lot of repetitive questions hard to justify.
We think that repetitive layer belongs to AI: flag the risks, redraft the clauses, show the sources, and leave the judgement to people.
What we build
One workspace, three jobs:

How we keep the output usable
- Traceable: conclusions cite the statute and the conditions, and can be questioned further;
- Actionable: edits arrive as text you can drop in, not a vague "consider revising";
- Triaged: risk grading tells you which clause to read first;
- Restrained with data: contract text and uploads are not retained, your data is not sold, and content is not used for anything unrelated to the service.
What we deliberately do not do
- We do not practise law — no lawyer–client relationship and no formal legal opinions;
- We do not decide for you: major transactions, litigation and the final check before signing belong with a qualified lawyer;
- We do not promise outcomes: AI output is assistance, it can be wrong, and it needs a human to review it.

How we handle personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy; the scope of the service and the limits of our responsibility are in the Terms of Service. Both are worth reading before you rely on the product.
