Earlier product releases are announced inside the product itself alongside your call records; this page starts with the current site revamp.

New

• Five new pages: Help Center, Tutorials, this changelog, About us and Careers.
• The Help Center covers getting started, how review / drafting / Q&A work, connecting an agent, quotas and billing, data handling, and an FAQ.
• Tutorials ships five step-by-step walkthroughs that map to the product's entry points.
• Inner pages share one layout: breadcrumb, page header and long-form typography, consistent on mobile and desktop.

Improved

• Footer links now include only pages that exist — no more placeholders that lead nowhere.
• Chinese and English footers keep the same column structure, and switching language keeps you on the same page.
• The Resources and Company columns gained working entries; the Legal column is down to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Fixed

• Relative links inside long-form pages now resolve to the matching page in the current language.

How we keep this page

• Only user-visible changes: new capabilities, UI and flow changes, notable fixes.
• Every entry states the impact: what changed, who it affects, what you need to do.
• Dates are ship dates, not internal version numbers.
