OrionLaw is a product of Hangzhou Shenxiu Si Technology Co., Ltd. We are building legal workflows that small teams can actually afford. The team is small, so everyone's surface area is wide.

Who we are looking for

Two things matter more than vocabulary:

• You finish the problem — from spotting it to shipping it, with little pushing required;
• You sweat the details — in legal work, "close enough" is how things break. Text, numbers and edge cases all have to line up.

Where we hire

Direction	What the work looks like
AI application engineering	Document parsing, clause segmentation, retrieval and generation quality and cost
Backend and infrastructure	Accounts, quotas and billing, keys and permissions, call records and audit
Product and design	Turning a complicated legal process into a few clear screens
Legal content and compliance	Citation standards, templates and clause libraries, privacy and compliance copy

These are standing directions rather than a list of open roles. If your work touches one of them, write to us anyway.

What we offer

• Heavy use of AI in our own workflow, so more of your time goes to judgement.
