Get started
- Sign up with a phone number and an SMS code — no credit card required. You can also link WeChat and sign in by QR code.
- Open the workspace. The dashboard shows your plan, daily quota, weekly cap and top-up balance.
- Start with one task: contract review, contract drafting or legal Q&A.
- Read the result. Review lists risks and suggested edits clause by clause; drafting starts from an outline you confirm; answers cite the statutes and cases behind them and can be questioned further.
OrionLaw provides AI legal research and document assistance. It does not create a lawyer–client relationship. Have important contracts reviewed by a qualified lawyer before signing.
Contract review
Input: upload a contract file, or paste the text.
What happens: the document is parsed, split by clause, compared against risk patterns, and turned into a risk list with suggested revisions.
What you get back

Tip: review one contract at a time, work through the high risks first, then decide per clause whether to accept, edit further or ask for another version.
Contract drafting
Start from one sentence, fill in the essentials, confirm an outline, then generate the document.
- Describe the deal: what contract you need and who each side is.
- Fill in the details: type, drafting party, complexity, amount, and how far you want to lean toward your side.
- Confirm the outline: check each section and add or remove as needed.
- Generate and export: produce the final text and export it to Word for local editing or delivery.
Tip: state the commercial terms up front — amount, term, payment milestones, acceptance criteria. It is far cheaper than fixing clauses later.
Legal Q&A
- Upload a file first to ground the conversation, or just ask;
- Answers cite statutes, cases and sources, and you can ask what a conclusion rests on;
- Conversations are saved so you can revisit the same question later.
Tip: describe your position and your worst case alongside the facts — the answer will fit your situation much better.
Connect your agent
OrionLaw does not publish a bare API. It ships as a skill you hand to your agent:
- Generate the setup prompt in the console — the key is embedded in it;
- Paste the prompt into any agent that supports skills;
- Go back to your own chat window and just ask for a contract review, a clause draft or the basis for a conclusion.
Keys can be scoped per capability, given an expiry, rotated (the old key dies after 24 hours) or revoked (effective immediately). Call records and charge details can be queried and exported.
The setup prompt contains the key in plain text. Only paste it into an agent you trust.
Usage and billing

Data and security
- Contract text and uploaded files are not retained — they are read and parsed for the current run only, then removed from our servers.
- Results and conversations are kept under your account (reviews, drafts, Q&A sessions, call records) and can be deleted at any time.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content for anything unrelated to providing the service.
- Redact sensitive information first: ID numbers, bank accounts, health data and similar details are best masked before upload.

FAQ
Are uploaded contracts stored?
No. Files and parsed text are used for the current run only and removed from our servers afterwards. Generated results and call records stay under your account.
Can I use it for free?
Signing up includes starter credit, and trying it out needs no credit card. Decide on a plan once it has earned a place in your workflow.
How do quotas and points relate?
A plan provides a daily quota and a weekly cap; past those, top-up points keep you running. All three appear in the console's call records.
Do AI conclusions have legal effect?
OrionLaw provides legal research and document assistance. Its output is not legal advice and does not create a lawyer–client relationship. For major decisions, litigation, or a final check before signing, use a qualified lawyer.
I forgot my password.
Sign in on the login page with your phone number and an SMS code, then set a new password in account settings.
Can a team share one account?
We advise against it: quotas and records are tied to the account, and sharing makes usage hard to trace. For collaboration, register separately and manage quotas centrally.
Can I export results?
Yes. Drafts export to Word, and call records and charge details export for internal filing or reconciliation.
